Reorganizational Healing (ROH) has three central elements:
- The Seasons of Wellbeing
- The Energetic Intelligences and
- The Triad of Change
When change is required in our life, to have more optimal health, better relationships, more life enjoyment and wellness, our awareness of how those elements working together helps us create the fundamental change that we desire.
The Seasons of Wellbeing address the timing of change. They predict when things are easy or difficult, and can be viewed as distinct rhythms or periods of individual's focus regarding the world within and around them.
There are 4 Seasons of Wellbeing:
Discover, Transform, Awaken and Integrate.
The Energetic Intelligences(EI) are viewed as energetic resources that we use to fuel the change to improve our health and life. They are the subtle fields of energy and information within and around the body, and each field is imbued with certain level of life-expression and consciousness. In ROH we recognize that there are at least five complex energy fields and we call them Energetic Intelligences(EI). They are: Bio-energetic, Emotional, Thought, Soul and Universal Spirit EIs.
The Triad of Change is a tool that helps you to explore the relationship between your Perception (meaning you give to things and what you focus on), Behavior (actions you take) and Structure (a form for energetic or information exchange, e.g. body, relationship). Knowing your Triad of Change (what drains you and what increases your Energy) will help you effortlessly move forward in life and create what you want.

"The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results." - Tony Robbins
What is Reorganizational Healing?
Reorganizational Healing (ROH) is a process through which an individual develops deeper understanding of one's core nature, ability to self assess, draw on their strengths to create sustainable change. Through this process an individual finds meaning in their pain, disease and circumstances and sees them as an invitation for change. This perspective inspires new action that leads to self-healing and more fulfilling life. It liberates the energy to transform and optimize!
What is Healing?
"Healing is an internal process by which an individual becomes self-aware: vulnerable to her/his own thoughts, emotions, sensations, and spiritual being in a non-judgmental way every moment for the rest of one's Life."
